Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Corvexa websites, software, hosted services, portals and related offerings. By accessing or using Corvexa, you agree to these Terms. If you use Corvexa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and for promptly notifying Corvexa of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Authorized use

You may use Corvexa only for lawful business and security purposes and only for systems, domains, accounts, users and other assets that you own or are authorized to assess or monitor. You may not use Corvexa to disrupt systems, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate the rights of others or conduct unlawful surveillance.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to Corvexa. You grant Corvexa the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit and display that data to provide, secure, support and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide customer data to Corvexa.

4. Security information

Corvexa provides security visibility, signals, analysis and recommendations. Security conditions change continuously, and no security product can identify or prevent every threat. Corvexa does not guarantee that a system, account, device or organization is free from vulnerabilities, compromise or attack.

5. Subscriptions and fees

Paid services are billed according to the plan, order form or other commercial terms accepted by the customer. Unless otherwise stated in those terms, fees are nonrefundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply.

6. Intellectual property

Corvexa and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interfaces, branding, documentation and related technology, excluding customer data. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Third party services

Corvexa may interoperate with third party products or services. Third party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and Corvexa is not responsible for their availability, security or performance.

8. Suspension and termination

Corvexa may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers or third parties, to address suspected unlawful activity or material violations of these Terms, or as otherwise permitted by an applicable agreement. Either party may terminate as provided in the applicable subscription or order terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvexa is provided on an “as available” basis. Corvexa disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvexa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Any additional liability terms in a signed order form or agreement will control if they conflict with this section.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service or another reasonable method.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our Contact page.
